"Good quality stuff, no complaints"
I ordered a pair of shoes and a few home things from shopko.com, i was kind of surprised by how good everything was. The shoes feel solid, and the towels are actually soft instead of that thin, cheap-feeling fabric you sometimes get online.
Everything matched the pictures, and I didn’t notice any weird stitching, damage, or anything off. I’ve been using the stuff for a few weeks now and I’m still happy with it, so I guess I’m blaming whoever runs this for making me want to order more

"Return worked out, but it was frustratingly slow"
I ordered something from shopko.com and ended up needing to return one of the items. The return process itself was straightforward, so I’ll give them that, but the refund took longer than I expected and that was disappointing. Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either.

"My order actually got here a day earlier..."
My order actually got here a day earlier than I figured it would, which was a nice surprise. It was packed fine and the tracking was easy to follow. That part all went smoothly, so no complaints from me
"Prices just didn’t feel worth it"
Everything just felt kind of overpriced. I kept looking for a decent deal, but even the discounts didn’t really take much off, so it didn’t feel like I was saving much at all.

"Customer service was fine, but kind of frustrating"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it took longer than I expected. The person I spoke with was nice enough, but I had to repeat the same details a few times, which got a little annoying. What bothered me most was that the next steps weren’t really clear, so I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to wait, follow up, or do something else. They did fix the issue eventually, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just average overall.
